Virtual Ceremonies

Our virtual ceremonies are a supportive space where women from all over the world can come together to self-nurture, reflect and grow in the comfort of their own home. Each ceremony is roughly 1 hour long and is facilitated by a guide who creates a safe and sacred space for exploration and learning.

During each ceremony, participants can expect to engage in a variety of activities, which may include breath-work, journalling with prompts, a guided meditation & sound bath.

We encourage participants to take this time for themselves to self-nurture, light a candle, sip on a tea or ceremonial cacao that they've just prepared, drop into their heart space and release what no longer serves them in their next cycle.

Prior to the event, a Zoom link will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided.
